Privacy Policy for Signature Scanner

Signature Scanner (“Application”) is provided by Kirill Bereznev (“Service Provider”).
The Service Provider does not require users to create an account and does not directly collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other personally identifiable information through the Application.
Signature Scanner allows users to create, scan, store, and use signatures and to sign PDF documents.
Signatures and documents processed by the Application are stored and processed locally on the user’s device. The Service Provider does not upload these signatures or documents to its own servers.
Users are responsible for the documents and signatures they create, import, or process using the Application.
The Application may request access to the device’s camera in order to scan handwritten signatures or documents. Camera access is used only to provide this functionality.
Images captured or selected for signature processing are processed locally on the device and are not transmitted to the Service Provider.
Signature Scanner may offer auto-renewable subscriptions and free trial offers.
Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. The Service Provider does not directly collect or store users’ payment card or banking information.
Apple’s handling of information related to App Store purchases is governed by Apple’s own privacy policies.
The Application does not use third-party advertising SDKs or tracking technologies for cross-app or cross-website tracking.
The Service Provider does not sell users’ personal information.
